Vaticancityguide.org is a private initiative created by a group of tourism enthusiasts with a special interest in history and Rome’s historical heritage.

The company TrafalgarNet has created a website that is unique in its kind where all relevant information is centralized so that a tourist or pilgrim can organize a visit to the Vatican City with maximum satisfaction.

The writers are Catholic and aware of the fact that it is vital to offer quality, real and respectful information taking into consideration the dignity and sanctity of the places described.

Information regarding the Vatican online is extensive but scattered in a thousand places so the task of planning the trip may be very time-consuming. We have decided to make the effort of taking such task and have created a special guide about the Vatican based on information found on official websites and the personal experience of the writers.

We want our information to be practical. We are not an art or religious website. We want to make your visit easy, making it available to the tourist or pilgrim all the tools to organize his stay successful: accommodation, entrance fees, tips …

We hope we have achieved our goal. As any other internet project, this website is alive, and as such it will grow as new information and advice from our visitors is uploaded.
